The Holocaust Educational Trust, based in the UK, runs a one day trip to Auschwitz and Auschwitz Birkenau for North East Students.
Myself and Rabbi Dovid Lewis were invited as guests of HET, to join them. This was Rabbi Lewis’s first visit to the Auschwitz complex.
We both spent a lot of time in the Crematoria IV & V area at Birkenau. It was a unique experience to be with Rabbi Lewis on this visit.
